With the introduction of the „Connect“ Network - Kaufland is launching a new era of collaboration within the company. Transparency, social competence and an informal and open communication throughout the Company should now be a defining feature of the work culture within the Group. With Connect, a powerful intranet is established, which promotes communication and the exchange of knowledge within departments and individual employees and strengthens cohesion among each other.
For the launch of the network, yellow too designed an event for the company's 3,500 employees. At the same time, a microsite informed about Connect and also motivated the employees to actively participate in the new company culture. Photo action, animations and interactive exercises helped to retain the information provided - with great success, as the very wide acceptance within the target group shows.
