yellow organised the first public appearance of the BMW sub-brand BMW i at the world’s largest automobile show, the IAA in Frankfurt. Covering an area of around 270 square meters, the BMW i Superspace made it possible for visitors to experience the new sub-brand in the form of a kinetic object, with the Len Flare Mobile, specially composed sound effects, a photo-app and give-aways.
Looking at the exhibits, it is clear that yellow along with the BMW Group have blazed a new path in conception and didactics: The central element of these interactive exhibits is the custom designed robotic arm, which sets the scene with help from screen animation and moving lighting effects. Additionally, theme-oriented choreographies can be selected by the user via a touch-screen interface.
