The “Brand and Customer Institute” is an institute within “BMW Welt” in Munich that aims at providing executives and employees of the BMW Group with a deep understanding of the company’s brands, their customers and global markets. The experiences are supported by media productions, interactive exhibits, joint workshops and the didactic moment of perspective change in a customer’s world.

 

Over an area of 1,000 sqm yellow has decided on both the conceptual and didactic orientation of the Brand and Customer Institute as well as taken over the design and implementation of the Institute´s rooms, exhibits and media displays. The brand identities of the Group’s brands: BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and the subbrand BMW i are experienced and learnt in a holistic approach via an array of multi-sensory “brand rooms”.
