The paint box, which was developed for children of pre-school age, focuses especially on the methodical, instructive dimension. The manageability and child-friendly shapes aim to encourage the creative development of little ones. The central design theme is the “sphere”. The semi-circular paint pots are ergonomically designed to fit the child’s hand and can be taken out of the paint box separately. The stand-up function with its safe standing surface prevents them from rolling away or falling over. The high rim makes paint mixing and brush draining easier. This, too, corresponds with developmental stages for children between three and six years old. It accommodates both the start of gripping with the whole hand, and also the advanced use of the thumb, index and middle finger. The transparent lids of the pots can be completely removed from the box with the release of two simple clips. Turned over, these lids can be used as water containers and paint mixers. |
