Under the name "Level” a whole range of writing implements has been developed for the traditional brand Pelikan. The ink refill concept in this model is completely new. The ink is easily and cleanly filled through a valve in the shaft. The flask holds considerably more ink than any cartridge or conventional piston pen. Thus, the inkbottle returns to desktops with a new design, in this case with the double function of refill container and pen stand.

The fountain pen’s shaft is made of translucent, luminous-blue plastic, which reveals its contents and makes the technique conceivable. Through its shape, colour and weight, the Level L5 is a high quality, modern and technically innovative writing implement.
