Federal Chancellor Scholz at the ESA Apollo Moon Rock Showcase
Surprise for the yellow design team: During their visit to the European Astronaut Centre (EAC) of the ESA in Cologne, Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz, ESA Director General Josef Aschbacher and ESA astronauts Matthias Maurer and Alexander Gerst stopped at the Apollo Moon Rock showcase realised by yellow design.
The showcase, made by yellow design from solid aluminium and 8 mm safety glass, has housed NASA's valuable moon rocks since January, which were collected during the Apollo 16 mission in 1972.
In the context of the planned moon mission, yellow design is currently working on a design for components of the ESA DLR LUNA main hall and is looking forward to further cooperation with ESA!
