Red Dot Gala 2022: Best of the Best
yellow design and its customers can already look back on an excellent design year 2022. The highlight so far was the award ceremony of the »Red Dot: Best of the Best« award of 20 June 2022.
Representing team yellow lead designer Sebastian Kraus and Johann Stein received the coveted »Best of the Best« trophy for the shower enclosure »BU Series« on the stage of the Aalto Theatre in Essen.
Statement by the jury for this special award is: »This shower enclosure fascinates with the flowing and uniform design language of all its elements. Contoured by its narrow and all-round profiles, its construction projects the impression of an architectural drawing that has been transformed into a three-dimensional object. The design of the hinges and all other technical details is also perfectly solved. Particularly noteworthy is the smooth and gentle movement of the door when it closes.«
